Liz and Kevin wanted a DJ who could bring the energy for their adults-only Magnanini Winery Wedding, so they opted for my DJ + Sax duo offering.

Their big day started in the beautiful vineyards of Magnanini Winery, where Kevin and Liz exchanged vows followed by background music during cocktail hour.

The party officially kicked off at 6:30 PM with a grand entrance to AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck” straight into their first dance, parent dances, and toasts. Each of the spotlight dance songs were cut down ahead of time to a total length between two minutes and two minutes twenty seconds. Standing out there all alone can feel like an eternity, so we send edited versions ahead of time so you can practice how long your dance will be.

Instead of the usual round tables you find at most weddings, Liz and Kevin would have only a handful of super long dinner tables where entrees would be shared family-style! A fun and casual take that is one of my favorite stylistic choices I’ve seen for seating arrangements.

After dinner, it was time for the dance floor to come alive. Everyone, including our sax player and myself, took turns hitting the dance floor throughout the night.

Thanks to the expert coordination of Simply Loved Weddings and the staff at Magnani Winery, every detail was on point ensuring a seamless event for not only the couple and their guests but also the vendors, myself included!

After such an amazing experience, I’m looking forward to bringing the dance party vibes to more Magnanini Winery Weddings in the future.
