About DJ Dan Moran
In an effort to get to know myself, I’ve been a bit unorthodox in the experiences I’ve chosen to take.
Spontaneously heading out on a road trip that you plan as you go along, as opposed to the packaged all-inclusive cruise to the Caribbean where every minute has been scheduled for you.
These open-ended adventures enable a level of introspection not possible when you’re burning down the days of routine.
The dynamic, evolving, unpredictable nature of such trips is precisely what makes them appetizing.
Even the moment you realize you’re off-roading where you shouldn’t, in a vehicle that isn’t meant for off-roading.
They randomize the way in which you are expressed. You learn new things about what you are made of. They are the antidote to what you are prevented from seeing by the slow march of time, what you have become accustomed to.
The input is the same, you. But the output changes vastly depending what lens is used.
They shake up the snow globe of who you are.
The same artist paints vastly different works by varying their palette and brushes, not to mention the influence of the canvas they choose.
Having taken the road less traveled, I do weddings hardly ever experienced, or forgotten.
What canvas will you choose?
Input: You.
Lens: Me.
Output: Your dance floor in a way you never imagined.
