There’s something special about a Long Island vineyard wedding, and Annika and Justin’s celebration at The Vineyards at Aquebogue was no exception. The wedding venue is located on the North Fork of Long Island and provides gorgeous backdrops. As the couple’s wedding DJ, I had the privilege of setting the mood and creating unforgettable memories and was in fact referred be a previous couple who were in attendance! Here’s a glimpse into their special day.
The evening kicked off with a picturesque outdoor ceremony. As the couple exchanged their vows, we were crashed be a family of ducks! (pictured)

Following the ceremony, the cocktail hour ensued. While the guests enjoyed the cocktail hour, the two families retreated for a traditional tea ceremony. As the sun began to set over the Long Island vineyard, friends and family mingled, enjoying the charming surroundings.
After the cocktail hour, it was time to kick off the reception. The wedding party’s entrances were nothing short of epic as Beyonce’s “Crazy in Love” pumped through the speakers. The highlight, of course, was Annika and Justin making their grand entrance.
Annika and Justin’s first dance was an unforgettable moment. They performed a choreographed dance to Justin Bieber’s “Lifetime,” capturing the hearts of everyone present. Followed by the combined parent dance, “Landslide” by Tiny Habits, which was a touching tribute to the families coming together.
Next, the parents took the spotlight with heartfelt speeches, and then the couple did a speed run of table photos to Queen’s Don’t Stop Me Now. During dinner, I snuck in Stacey & Max’s first dance, Diamonds or Twine – Ryan Hurd, as a little thank you for referring me to Annika and Justin.
As the evening went on, the energy was high, and the crowd danced the night away. Annika and Justin’s wedding was a beautiful blend of love, music, and togetherness, and I was honored to be a part of it.
